  • Assist couple in securing the Wedding Venue of their dream - from site visits to contract negotiations; we got you covered

  • Vendor Management from searching, sourcing, negotiations, reviewing contracts to managing them throughout the wedding planning process

  • Consultation - No question goes unanswered

  • Budget Guidance - From cost saving tips to stretching your dollar

  • Meetings - In-person meetings, phone conference, video conference -  whatever it takes to make you feel at ease

  • Designing and Details - Assist you in setting a theme, selecting colors, florals, lighting, menu, and more

  • Timeline - From creating to sharing with all parties involved

  • Site Visits - From the first visit to the last details meetings we will be there

DAY OF THE EVENT

  • Event Times - Ensure all activities are on schedule

  • Act as a single point of contact for all vendors, bridal party, family and guests

  • Ensure all vendors are on schedule with deliveries and setups

  • Ensure bridal party and family are lined up for pictures and entrances throughout the day

  • Should any crisis occur on the day, Bells N Rings Events team is highly experienced and equipped to think rationally, act quickly and attempt to resolve the situation. Any other services not listed in the package are also available at additional cost
