"Day Of Coordination"
Although our services are only for the day of your event, we do the preparation for your Big Day in advance! We guarantee that you, your family and guests will have pleasant memories to last a lifetime.
- We begin working with you two months before the event
- We will custom create an effective Day-Of-Timeline for you
- We will schedule two site visits
- We attend your last meeting with the decorator secured for your event
- Once we are on-site, we will make sure all vendors are on-schedule with their arrivals and ensure they finish their setups within the time-frames allocated
- Act as the Single Point of Contact for all vendors, both sides of family and most importantly as the couple’s assistant.
- Day of event, we communicate and coordinate closely with all vendors to avoid any miscommunication or disruption to the events

- On event day, ensure all festivities begin and conclude on time
- Should any crisis occur on the day, Bells N Rings Events team is highly experienced and equipped to think rationally, act quickly and attempt to resolve the situation. Any other services not listed in the package are also available at additional cost
